What’s your favorite way to prepare (overnight or warm) oatmeal?
Warning…I eat A LOT! I also eat weird things at weird times Feel free to chime in with questions or concerns.
Breakfast: Green Juice (Kale, apple, celery, lettuce, carrot, ginger, lemon)
Brunch: Coffee with coconut oil (2 cups with 1 tsp); Green beans with garlic
Snack: Pear; 1/2 TBSP almond butter
Lunch: Pumpkin pie protein smoothie (Pumpkin puree, banana, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, & various spices)
Snack: Homemade fruit bowl (Blackberries, raspberries, mango chunks, pineapple); Vegan homemade cookie via Irina (I don’t usually eat processed sugar like that but I felt bad because she was so excited about her baking experiment)
Dinner: Broccolini with garlic, onion, & red pepper; vegan veggie “chik’n” strips
Post-Dinner: Field Roast with homemade cranberry sauce
I ate dinner really early (like 4:30)…meaning I was hungry halfway through my night class…plus, all my classmates were stuffing their faces with cookies and that only spurred me on. So, I went wandering and found Juliann! Check out her blog. She’s lovely. She is always sharing/giving me food. ^.^ I have her to thank for the field roast & cranberry.
No exercise today. It’s been a long day of schooling.
Gahh. How does my body hurt more today than yesterday from a psycho gym day that occurred on SUNDAY!?
Whatever. I pushed through 6 miles. Alternating between power walking and jogging because…ow. Everything hurts. I missed going harder but my body was not having it today. I also got 3 miles in and realized that going the distance I was planning with only half a banana & a half a teaspoon of coconut oil in my system was a bad idea. I definitely felt like my body was breaking down on the way back. Lesson learned!
Contemplating journaling my food on here. I already use a tracker but I’ll throw it up on here too. Thought?
I used to see calendars, fitness challenges & routine idea photo sets/lists. I’m not having much luck finding any now.
I’m mostly looking for routine ideas/sets for different parts of my body (i.e. upper body, lower body, core, etc) but I’ll gladly accept any of the above (or even something that I might have missed.) I would greatly appreciate any links/replies. Do you have any to share?
